Where do I begin?
We offer 2 routes to aid your gifting solutions: You can either select from our range of thoughtfully curated gift boxes, ready made and raring to go… OR you can opt to build your own box of gifts.
Our curated boxes are designed by theme, however can be gifted for a range of occasions, whereas you have greater control over our ‘build your box’ options, as you can carefully select the box contents yourself, ideal if you have a budget in mind.

How do I build my own box?
There are 3 steps to creating your own gift box:

Select the type of box you’d like to fill up with gifts! Our most popular option is our unique personalised keepsake box that comes in a variety of colours, and can feature any name/ variety of designs. We also offer letterbox and postal box options!

Choose from our large range of gifts to fill your box up with. We recommend between 2 – 8 gifts per box, but this really depends on the size of the gifts selected. If you are unsure please do get in touch, and likewise if we feel your selection won’t fit we will contact you with a solution/ alternative suggestions.

Add your finishing touches. We offer a large range of cards for all occasions, as well a variety of alternative box ribbons and clasps (for the keepsake boxes), along with faux flower heads as a lovely option to further customise your gift.

What are the delivery and shipping options?
We offer a few delivery options for you to select between upon checking out, however if you require an alternative option please do get in touch. `As standard we use the Royal Mail as our carrier, and offer their 1st, 2nd, Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services, all with their own associated costs. Please refer to the Delivery and Returns page for more information.
Can I change my order once I have completed checkout?
If you change your mind about any aspect of your order once you have checked out, particularly any personalised elements, then please get in touch with us ASAP/ within 45 minutes of placing your order. We can't guarantee that your order won't have been started, but we will do our very best to help! Contact Us
What is the production timeframe?
We aim to complete all orders within 1 week from the order being placed. Should you need your order sooner than this, or don’t want it sent to the recipient before a particular date then please do fill this in on the box order page, or alternatively please get in touch! We promise to try our best to fulfil all requests, however cannot guarantee this will be possible.
There was a problem with my gift, can I get a refund?
Please refer to our Terms of Service page for detailed information regarding refunds and exchanges.
Please Note: Custom items are all printed exactly as entered, so please do ensure that all bespoke fields/ spelling etc are all double checked before confirming your order. We don't take any responsibility for incorrectly entered information.
How will the recipient know who the gift is from?
Do you include receipts with orders?
We offer complimentary handwritten insert cards as standard with all of our gifting options, and you have the opportunity to advise on the wording for this on the individual box page.
There is also the opportunity to add on a greeting card of your choice in the 'Finishing Touches' section when building your box, and to advise on the text you'd like us to include within this on your behalf.
As most of our products and boxes are sent as gifts, we don't include any paperwork with the order, and your email confirmation is your proof of purchase.
I don't want the recipient to open my gift before a particular date - what can I do?!
Can I include my own gifts within the personalised box?
Not a problem! Please make a note of the date to open their gift on/ not to open before, on either the box page or checkout note section, and we will note this information on our mailing label that has a specific section for this! If there's more than 2 weeks to go prior to this date then we will hold the box back for you so that the recipient doesn't get tempted!
With pleasure! You can choose to add as many or as few of our gifts to your chosen box as you wish, or simply order a box on it's own! Each box price includes tissue and shredded filling paper, so it's ready for you to add your own gifts to. We'd love to be able to help though, so if there's something in particular you are after that we don't currently stock please do let us know!
Will the recipient know the name of the curated box I’ve ordered?
Will my curated gift box arrive exactly as pictured?
Whilst we advertise our curated boxes with themes, this isn’t noted on your order, so feel free to gift them to any recipient/ purpose! i.e. the letterbox ‘special friend’ box doesn’t state this wording anywhere on the gift itself so feel free to gift it to your sister/ teacher/ mum etc!
We always try to ensure that what you see is what your recipient receives. Should a selected gift run out of stock after your order is placed, then we will get in touch to propose a suitable substitute (for the same value or higher) than the gift you selected, and we always choose a complementary item to the theme of your box.
How will I know if my gift has arrived?
How ethical and sustainable are your products?
We offer 4 mailing options, 2 of which can be tracked. If you would like to be able to track your gift delivery then please select either the Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 option, and we will provide you with this information when available.
A lot of thought has gone into our boxes, packaging and gifts, with a big focus on sustainability and eco-friendly credentials of our suppliers and all materials used.
We have a big focus on local suppliers, predominantly small businesses, and gifts that are long lasting and reusable, with recyclable packaging. Our gift boxes are designed to be keepsake boxes (and are recyclable), and our packaging has been sourced specifically so that it can all be recycled (in line with local council rules).
