DELIVERY & RETURNS

Please note that we operate on an approx. 1 week turnaround from order to despatch. Please contact us should you require a shorter despatch turnaround and we will try our best for you!

We currently deliver all of our products to anywhere within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

​

We offer the following Royal Mail services, available for you to select from upon checkout:

Royal Mail – 1st Class inc p&p: £5.95

Royal Mail – 2nd Class inc p&p: £4.85

Royal Mail – Tracked 24 inc p&p: £7.45

Royal Mail – Tracked 48 inc p&p: £6.45

 

We will always do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however please note there are occasions where factors outside of our control can affect delivery timeframes.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If you have given us an incomplete address, the wrong address, or if you are not in when delivered, your order is unlikely to arrive on time, and is your responsibility to check; we cannot be held responsible for any orders sent with incorrect information featured.

At this current time, we are unfortunately unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland or anywhere outside of the UK.

 

Returns & Cancellations

If your order is incorrect, damaged or has not arrived on time, please email us at hello@thoughtfullyboxed.co.uk. Please include your order number, description of your problem and any photos you may have to help us help you, and we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. Whether the gift box has arrived with you or at another recipient’s address, you must return the full gift box within 14 days.

We do not accept returns for part of the gift box, all returns must be made in full, except where the item is incorrect or damaged.

 

We must be given the opportunity to replace the items in the first instance. We will aim to replace your items as soon as we can, however if this is not possible we would offer a refund.

​

Please note: We are unable to accept returns of personalised gift boxes or postal boxes, perishable items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), products made to order or personalised, or any item that has been used or returned in an unsaleable condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Please note that all returns are at the sender’s own cost; to view our full policy, please visit our Terms of Service page.
